"This is one of my favorite parks. Two restroom areas, a nice loop around the pond, plenty of parking spaces, lots of trees and at least one playground."
"A beautiful park neighboring the cities of Fullerton, Placentia and Brea. It features a paved pathway around the lake, exercise equipment, playground, fishing, bathrooms, and numerous picnic benches."
"A beautiful public park, now including repaved pathways, an outdoor workout gym and newer public restroom’s. It’s located in Placentia, tho as the name implies, the Tri-City Park serves three cities, as it borders Fullerton and is just south of Brea. A large pond is the centerpiece to the surrounding landscape, where various waterfowl may be seen, along with fish. Anglers who are licensed, are often seen fishing from the shorelines. The park features a mostly paved walking path around the lake, with alternate dirt trails under the eucalyptus trees, to the north side. There’s picnic tables all throughout, some covered, some out in the open. Migratory and local birds will be seen at the pond, typically with coots, ducks and geese, and over the landscape with robins and hummingbirds, to name a few. Games may be played in some of the open areas, although the connected Tuffree Park is easily accessible at the south end, containing ballfields for larger team sports. Perhaps the best public amenity is the free parking, available as long as vehicles vacate by closing time."
"Very nice park yo enjoy. Has plenty of tables to enjoy a lunch. Can enjoy some good fishing here. The trail around the lake is nice. Got playground for kids and outdoor workout area."
"It's really a nice park with nice wide walkways. The Ducks in the pond are entertaining and come when on the side of the banks there are people with food to feed them. There are people fishing. The pathways are wide enough that a group of cyclists came by and didn't bother those who are just walking for exercise. It's a very peaceful setting the entry to The Rolling Hills parking lot closes at 6 p.m. Cars already parked in the lot can still exit until the park closes at 9 pm. It's a great place to bring kids and family just to sit and relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city life"
