He will tell you right off if you don’t need a particular product. And when he tells you he will get back with you, he will call weather he has the information needed or if he is having to wait until the follow business day. "Earlier today I bought chemicals for my pool. The older gentleman was very helpful I got everything I needed and told me to come back in 4 hours I waited 5 hours to have everything rechecked. Our young gentleman was working there and told me he did not want to check my water it wasn't long enough do you have it checked I don't know why one guy would tell me one thing and another guy would tell me another I left upset because he didn't want to do it with no other customers in the shop do you need his attention"

"I have been going to Leslies for a couple of years now, and I have the same complaint ; The service is horrible, the staff is nice but always under staffed, today was the worse. I was waiting for my water to be tested, they only had one employee there, after about 15 minutes, when he was done with the other customer, he proceeded to help me, then the phone rang, he answered it and continued to help that customer for about another 10 minutes (on the phone), in the mean time.... 2 to 3 other customers came in, he was still on the phone. He was a very nice young man, but it was obvious he did not have any customer service training what so ever. Any business should know " Never make a customer in the store wait, while you are helping another customer on the phone" Leslies : You need to staff your store !!! I understand things happen, if so, please properly train your employees. I have a customer service business myself and would NEVER let that happen. This has happened quite a few times in the last couple of years in that store."
