"Goldstar Market is always a great joy. I have shpped there for close to 10 years. I stocked up on various teas including green, oolong, lapsang souchon, dried baby red rose buds plus fresh & black garlic, fresh ginger, milk, spices and seasonings, including large glass bottles of capers, bigger than the smaller non pariel size in small glass jars available in more mainstream grocery stores. In addition, I bought 2 China mugs with lids and a wonderful China tea pot. I shop at Goldstar for many of the ingredients for bone broth, primarily beef and chicken. The freshly caught fish resting on wonderfully clean chopped and shaved ice were alluring. The live claims, lobsters, etc were so inviting. The fresh fruits and vegetables were beautiful, including many kinds of gourds and squashes. The prices are almost always significantly lower than in more "American" markets. The General Manager "Cu" (pronounced Coo) is always gracious and available to help. I Love shopping at Goldstar market."
