"Ordered flowers 7 days prior to birthday. Requested early delivery. The gentlemen assured they would be delivered around lunch. I even made sure to make mention of the time she left work. When she left work no flowers were delivered. He was very apologetic over the phone and ensured they would make bigger arrangements and redeliver next day. Instead he delivered the original order to her home and left them on the front door step. He said his delivery driver was making tons of mistakes. Either way the surprise aspect was lost and making her feel special on her big day was not at all the way I planned"

"The people here were super sweet and made the perfect bouquet within my spending limit. The bouquet is beautiful and perfect! Thank you! Will be back, highly recommend!"
"Tried to order flowers and chocolates for my mother, for her birthday. We ordered them in the morning, selected and paid for the same day option through 1-800-flowers. They used Franklin street as their vendor. The flowers didn’t make it that day, the chocolates still hadn’t gotten there. According to 1-800-flowers they had a failed delivery at 5PM, but yet there’s not record of them trying to deliver it on the Ring video, so they were trying to blame us, when at that time my mother was sitting next to the door in her chair watching television. It was a pretty big fiasco and I didn’t appreciate them saying they attempted a delivery when they never showed up."
