"Had a scheduled appointment at 215pm on Jan 1 7th 2023. I signed in and I sat in waiting rm until 1539. They even called walk ins before me. Because I have tricare prime inc. They are not Veteran friendly at all. I stood at the window for service they had three people in there and they all just enoured me until I said I'm leaving. They said very sarcastic aw do you want to reschedule. Smh."
