"Worst place ever!! Had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic they prescribed. I called and let them know about the issue. The kind lady on the phone asked me to come in after work. I asked if I have to go in and hold my spot, she said no. I asked if I had to pay for another consultation, she said no. Said,just walk in. The physician wants to see, maybe my fault, but I was on the impression that it was going to be fast. For I'm still sick and hurting. I had to register for a walk in consultation, pay my copay, again, wait for 2 hours and a half without been seeing yet. I just walked out full of frustration. Still in pain and sick and my allergic reaction to the medicine they prescribed."

Their bedside manners are great and show lots of empathy while being informative of our conditions to help us understand. The waiting times can be lengthy, even with an appointment but they're also attracting alot of new/returning patients. I highly recommend this urgent care center, all locations."
