"Showed up for an appointment, arrived and sign on door stating they are temporarily closed and to call the number to reschedule. A phone call in advance letting me know they would be closed would’ve been appreciated and would’ve been the courteous thing to do. Because of this I was rescheduled for a month out. Thanks a lot."

"Poor service. On hold for over an hour due to longer wait times. Once I finally talked to Doug he was transferring me to an advocate. Call got disconnected. I tried again. Waited on hold for 26 minutes to be told to call the VA 800 number. Joke."

"I showed up on time with my mask got seen with no wait after a quick covid screening. I was blown away with comfortable they made me feel. I'm not an easy person to keep calm. Every single staff personnel there from the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between were welcoming and professional. Its beyond me why this clinic does not have a 5 star rating.
