"Im here shopping in El Super im at the meat department waiting my turn now theres an african American lady that has no number and there are two african American employees that are talking to the customer in their language so they serve her before anyone else mind you ive been waiting to see what the employee was gonna do so yes im very upset this is not the first time these happens with that employee what gives them the right to do that its unfair to other customers. I came here all the time to buy meat but i don't appreciate thats happening ."
"Not all employees are rude except for one cashier. Wow! Extremely rude. I get no one is a big fan having to go into work especially having to wake up early, but to be disrespectful to customers is very unacceptable. This cashier straight out told me : “váyase a la verga” (this was after exchanging some words). I had to pause for a moment and really take in what she had just said. I went to the manager and express my concerns on how this cashier disrespected me and how shocked I was to hear those words coming out of her mouth. Unfortunately, some workers did express there have been complaints against this specific cashier and mentioned there won’t be any consequences for her. Hopefully, this gets to the right person, but who knows."
"This market has it all at low prices, I'd go as far as saying el super gives you better value for your buck than Northgate does."
"This place is AWESOME!! I found their ad in my mailbox, and the prices looked good, so I went to shop. The prices are the best! Their produce was fresh, and their meat market was busy, which is good, and I found everything I needed, plus more. The one here in City Heights is always busy according to the cashier, so be prepared to wait in line, but I will be making this my go-to grocery store from now."
