"One of the worst grocery stores. Generic unexciting brands, high prices and low inventory. Basics like non-fat yogurt are just plain out of stock. Want healthier options? Forget it just big brand stuff."
"This morning (around 9:30) there isn’t a single cart in their area nor by the closest one to the store in the parking lot. I come in and mention it to the employee standing by the door, I get …. not a word, she points to the baskets!! The store was not even crowded, there must have been 10 carts inside. Additionally, in the last few months I’ be noticed that certain products have simply disappeared, such as all the Mexican style cheeses- Panela, Fresco, Cotija, the frozen Palak paneer, many waffle brands, the quiches, and others. They seem to have been replaced by big national brands with the worst ingredients, excessive sodium, fat, sugar, and carbs. Very disappointed! I have shopped at this store for 25 years, it is time to go somewhere else."
"This is a great place to shop. They have a great selection from bakery to produce to grab and go meals. The people are helpful and if you get the app and pay attention to the weekly adds the deals are awesome."
"I live nearby and it’s my go-to Vons. Great service most of the time but my biggest grief is their lack of functioning carts. So many have their wheels so loud or not functioning properly. I also feel there’s been a shortage of carts recently so I am forced to use a hand basket (which really limits what I can get on my own). Staff are kind and helpful."
"Good selection, good service there and you can get in and out pretty quickly but it's an atrocious store layout. The first 20% of most of the aisles are useless if there's a line and every single time I'm in there each week, there's someone in the wrong spot for the self checkout getting sent to the back of a line they didn't know existed, mad about it. They need a different system or at least some stickers on the floor or SOMETHING to support the system they currently have in place. It's really bad."
