"They are selling same products much higher price much much higher!!! They are so rude and bossy! One time my child accidently spill sth security man came and no english but his body language was so bossy just give some order or sth it was so rude! I think they have some bossy and anger issues when i observe most koreans! But you have to be calm and respectfull specially in service! Just be little careless! And the prices so expensive so you have to follow some rules if merchant sth!"

"I asked a staff at seafood station a question and he just stared at me. There was nobody around, my wife and I were the only customers at the station. At check out, my kids wanted some candy and my wife asked the cashier to check price of this little bag of gummy candy and we got dirty look for asking. This is just bad business. Why they want to make customers uncomfortable and feel unwelcome? I don’t understand."

"This location must be run by a different owner. Seemingly operated by uneducated, myopic-visioned management who knows nothing about Sales and Marketing 101. Poor customer service. Definitely a 'sales prevention' team who chase customers away to their two competitions across the street. If your sales #s are going down, it's because of your incompetent manager who makes all that idiotic policies, blinded by today's profit at the expense of tomorrow's."

"Amazing Korean grocery market. Everything Korean you can think of! Low and reasonable prices. Produce is good, fresh, sweet, and cheap. The meat is not the cheapest. Quality is okay for meat, not the greatest."
