"Very disappointed and frustrated with my experience. I made an appt here because I needed a new eye doctor in the area since I’m almost out of contacts. A few days before my appt I received a call saying that they were unable to find my insurance information. I called back to give them my info (which I had included on the initial appt request). The women who I spoke to were not helpful regarding the situation and the 2nd person I spoke with came off very unfriendly. They told me they were unable to find my insurance, which I told them I had used multiple times before to see an eye doctor and had previously used my benefits on contacts and glasses so I know that I have eye insurance. I ended up calling back because I thought maybe they didn’t read on the paperwork that my husband is the primary care provider so maybe they were not searching under his info. The woman took his info and told me that apparently my insurance is in a system she could not access, but she’d try to find it and call me back the next day to let me know. I never received a call today and my appt was supposed to be for Monday. They seemed completely unconcerned about losing clientele and seemed very frustrated and impatient about the entire situation. I now have to attempt to find another eye doctor and make an appt hopefully in the near future, because I need contacts, but if you want a friendly & helpful experience this is not it."

She is very good at listening to your concerns and if she sees something that your general practitioner needs to know about your health, she lets you tell them and then communicates to ensure your health is taken care of for the future. The staff is terrific. They can adjust my glasses perfectly with one adjustment. Amazing experience."
