"Giving two stars because Dr Kelly was very sweet working with my daughter, but I do not believe them to have the best interest of the patient. He told me she would need 9 months of vision therapy (which I am learning is controversial/not proven yet) and my insurance doesn’t cover this so it’s $4,500. I asked about her going for a shorter period of time [ some patients are prescribed shorter plans per their office] see how she does and was given a very curt response of “M’am this is what Dr. Kelly has recommended, you will not see any improvement after 3 months.” So basically..sign up for 9 months work of treatment with no refunds or nothing. We will be looking at other options."

"I had received a head and neck injury back in 2020 & was referred to Kelly Vision about 10 months post accident, after being told my injury was out of my current prationer’s scope of practice. Dr. Kelly asked the right questions (as many individuals with a TBI don’t know exactly how to explain what they feel) & provided a thorough exam. Due to the severity of my injury, I spent extensive time at the clinic. When I started vision therapy, I had minimal control over my ocular motor, severe damage to my visual processing system, severe light sensitivity, suppression of my left eye, severe double vision, and more. Throughout this entire recovery process, Dr. Kelly (s), Dr. Martin, & Mateen were incredibly patient with me. They took the time to answer my questions (no matter how many times I forgot the answer or was confused due to the TBI), and created a treatment plan specific to my needs and goals. Everyone at KVC is incredibly passionate & it’s obvious that they not only care about what they do, but care about their patients even more. While I still do exercises daily at home to maintain the progress I’ve made, I have regained my ability to read, visually process information, drive for 20 minutes, strengthen my vestibular system, & hand eye coordination. All in all, I can’t speak highly enough of Kelly Vision Center- they’re a valuable asset for TBI/concussion rehabilitation."
