"I couldn't leave a zero so they got a1. Picked up our grandchildren from their school in Pleasant View and took them to this office for a 3:30 appointment. Traffic was horrible but I was relieved when we got there right on time. My wife and the girls went in and to my surprise came right back out. The staff told them because they were 3 minutes late they could not see them. They were not late."
