"Went there for helium balloons. They have many on display, but were out of stock of most of them. Many of the shelves were empty also."

"This party city is terrible. The supply of items for parties for kids is disastrous, they can’t keep inventory in there because they apparently don’t have capital to buy the items to sell. Since they don’t have supply I went to the San Marcos party city the day before my son’s birthday and bought a 5 pack themed balloon pack, costing $22. The next day I sent my son down to this party city with the receipt as the San Marcos location said I would need it for proof of purchase to get them filled locally. They refused the fill them unless he paid for the balloons again and filled them. IT COST $15 + $18 for the pack AND THEN THE DIDNT EVEN GIVE HIM A SECOND SET OF BALLOONS, JUST FILLED THEM! This place is trash, don’t go here, just go to your dollar store or Albertsons or Vons, anywhere else but here. Absolute trash."

"Just found out that the item I bought was missing pieces. Illusion reaper costume came without gloves although package clearly mentions them."

"Nobody greets you as you walk in but they do have security. I had a coupon that McKayla said I couldn’t use because there was no barcode that the barcode wouldn’t pop up do too reception… she continue to go on and on being argumentative. They have a wide variety of costume selections."

"PARTY FAIL …. I Should’ve read reviews. Because I won’t shop here again. Website lies about pricing, then they say “we are privately owned” and that the website for their exact location is from “corporate”. I hate being misled and ripped off. And the helium tanks must have very little helium which can’t even float Mylar or foil balloons. The dollar store helium balloons last far longer."
