I drove out of my way, 45+ miles just to get my haircut here, rather than at a different location. Kimmy cut my hair again, and did not disappoint. Great service, great haircut, fair price and good location. But again, consistentency with the great service is what makes this place shine! Great job…."

"This place really has bad management, I signed up online for a haircut with an 18 min wait. Showed up 18 minutes later and I expect some wait. 40 minutes later still waiting"

"2 hour wait. Don’t fall for their 12.99 deal. You pay with your wasted time. Would’ve paid $22 if my time wasn’t wasted. Signed in online and went in they said it would be an hour to come back by 2:45 and came back and they said im another hour out they have 2 ahead of me. Maybe stop overpromising and underdelivering. Terrible experience."

"I’ve been going here for a few years and been getting the average haircut which is fine, but today I simple had the worst experience ever getting a haircut. Seems like it was the guys first haircut ever, as he didn’t feel confident at all, kept switching between sides and top and completed botched it. Another worker had to step in to help, which did help. Not sure how he has his license to do that professionally and why great clips allow that low of standards. I’m not one to make reviews but I had such a horrible experience that I had to make this."

"I went into this Great Clips in Temecula on Friday, June 24 around 6 o’clock in the evening. The place was empty. There were no customers in there at this time, which should have been a red flag. There was only one lady working there named Ashley who was pretty Friendly. I had checked in online, so she was just standing there waiting for me to get there. You would think since there was no other customers, there would’ve been plenty of time to do a good haircut, but unfortunately that was not the case. My haircut happened In about 10 minutes. There was no measuring her cuts, there was no looking over for evenness, just a cut around the bottom, two cuts on top for my layers and two quick snips of my front layers. When she was done, she asked me what I thought, I looked in the mirror and saw that my right side was shorter than my left side. I pointed that out to her, and she quickly did one snip with her scissors to fix that, or so I thought. When I got home, I noticed that it was still shorter on the right side. I also Realized that my layers were cut on the right side, but not on the left side. So after paying $22 plus tip, I had to come home to try to fix my hair as much as possible. I knew that it was not a fancy hair salon and not to expect a fancy haircut, but I at least expected to get an even haircut. You would think since there was no other customers in there, she would’ve wanted to spend the time to do a good haircut, do her best work, and put a little effort into it. I will not be going back there or recommending this place."
