"We have bought compactors and jack hammers which we bought warranty for but we lost the receipts for so we were relying on it being saved onto our account which we did but they no longer show up, i dont know if the account it too old but no one at the store has been able to help and we had to buy new even though the ones we bought warranty on were less than a year old. The employees are very nice but its frustrating that theres no way to resolve it"
"Since the pandemic I, as well as many others, took to the "fix its" that hovered around us for a long time, this store has become a good site for competitive tool prices and DIY projects. Add to that the option to ship to home an easy option should you not want to have to travel. Unfortunately, sometimes their shipping prices seem a little steep. It would be nice to see if shipping prices could be combined if you are buying multiples. Other products are priced for purchase in store only which is disappointing for those of us who gave difficulty getting to a store but still appreciate the opportunity to save a buck."
