Reviews of The Home Depot
"The services was good and promt. Evening time usually is not busy."
"Cons- Located in a very hidden Spot. Probably because warner hogs most of the estate in that area. Also their Gardening area could do better AND!! This spot is smaller then other locations. Pros- Items here are always stocked! Staff are polite and are always working. I get my cleaning supplies here every now & then.."
"The past 5 times I've been here (I'm a long-time customer), I've noticed employees just standing around social talking to each other, not even offering help. I tested, looked around in the same area around them and nothing, then when I asked the help i received was at a bare minimum. Also MANY products are not stocked in the proper places. It's as if no one cares about job performance or consequences to doing nothing. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. You use to have great employees."
"October 2023 Garden Section I wish there was a way I could give this place 3.5 stars. It's not quite a four, but it's not quite a three either. Service: Not bad, but could be better. It was so hard trying to find someone to help me in the garden section. There's a cashier at the front that cannot leave her station. But she was really cool helping me do some price checks on some items that I guess had gotten mixed up on the shelves. If you're on a mission, and you know what you're looking for, then someone will point you in the right direction eventually. But if you're looking to sit down with someone for a minute, and discuss what your project is and what your needs are, good luck. You'll never get that kind of service at this home Depot. There are 3 things that I would definitely buy here. One of them is a super durable resin pot that's at least a quarter of an inch thick, and measures somewhere around 11 inches wide by about 11 inches tall. This is a great planter to put anywhere you'd like, and that has a nice elegant look to it. It was around $30. You spend a little more money, but you're going to get something that's thicker and more durable than just the cheap flimsy plastic pots that are really thin. Lowe's has similar pots for around $14. Point being, if you have the time to shop around, do your due diligence to look for those bargains. If you're in a crunch though, just know that there are some items here at Home Depot that are worth it. The second item I would buy here is the wood pot Movers. They're a good price at about 20 bucks. They'll probably last you a good couple years. If you're willing to make the drive, and spend a few more dollars though, Lowe's has similar pop movers that are made out of cast iron, with better wheels. These ones I'm talking about at Lowe's are $25. So spend a little more, get a little bit of quality I say. Third item: The wood trellis at $16 isn't bad. A little thin on the material, not sure how long it would last. But definitely a good, fair deal. Green Thumb further north for instance had a similar trellis in height, double the thickness of the material for just over $35. So the individual slats of wood were twice as thick, and the Staples used to attach them all seem like they were more heavy duty. Overall, if you're in a pinch, and need to purchase very specific items, Home Depot can be a good choice. Honestly though, I'd suggest go to home depot, take note of their inventory and prices, then go up to Lowe's and see what you can find there."
