Adding to the frustration is the consistently busy parking situation at Santana Row, which only exacerbates the difficulties of visiting this place. My personal experience with their tattoo laser service was disappointing and disheartening. Despite purchasing a package of 12 sessions to remove my tattoo, after only 5 sessions, the treatment left me with scars. This outcome forced me to discontinue the sessions, but the establishment refused to refund me for the remaining 7 sessions that I did not use. While I have tried to move on from this negative experience, the incessant emails they continue to send me are incredibly bothersome and only serve as a reminder of the unpleasant time I had there. This entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution others against patronizing this establishment."
