"Do NOT GET pierced here!!! Young girl pierced my ear and acted like a know it all the entire time. Only to pierce them in different places and make one of them so tight to the point it sunk INSIDE my ear. I just ripped it out after trying for so long. Go to an actual piercing shop cause a 15 yr old with a piercing gun for her first job is NOT SAFE"

"My 11 months daughter got her piercing done here. It was horrible experience there. Piercing was done in wrong spot again I have to remove the piercing, there are no tools even to remove that, my child has gone through lot of pain. After all this again for the other ear also she pierced in the wrong spot which again I had to remove. Never take babies here I think they aren't trained enough"

"I was on the fence as to where I should take my 9.5 month old daughter to get her first ear piercing. When I called Tracy Claire's and spoke with them they were very helpful and answered all my questions. When we got her ears pierced (yesterday) the manager of the store and the workers there did a great job. I believe we got a good deal too. My daughter's ear piercings look great and so far their healing well. I really appreciated the great service at this store!!!"
