In my consultation with Oliver, he took a mental concept of mine and quickly created a draft that was on point to my thoughts. By the end of our meeting I was so impressed and comfortable with Oliver that I asked him if he would take the job of doing my project instead of me hiring him. Fortunately for me, he accepted. Oliver (the owner) was referred by one of our mutual friends as I was explaining to him that I'd needed a tattoo that was specifically made to look like it had a clean watercolor style to it.
