He swiftly attended to my daughter, understanding the urgency of the situation. With incredible patience and kindness, he gently reassured her, dispelling her fears and anxieties. Once there, the young man skillfully addressed the situation, delicately fixing her piercing with great precision. He took a trauma informed approach and asked permission every step of the process making the experience extremely comfortable throughout. He was more than happy to explain aftercare, suggest more peircings (understanding what I was going for), and recommend some colleagues local to me for follow up.
