"I wanted to get a flash tat while I was visiting SF and happened to walk by this shop while walking to a store down the street. I liked the artwork they have up so I decided to go in. Right away Ryan was very helpful and had good vibes. They have a gunball machine type thing where you put in a coin and get whatever tattoo the machine gives you for $100. First try I got a wild boar which I really didn’t like but I spun again and got this moth so I went for it. Ryan was really great and fast. I love my new tattoo!!"
"Called to inquire about improving a previous tattoo, 1 minute and 15 seconds into explaining my problem I was rudely interrupted with “I NEED TO FOCUS ON THIS TATOO!” Before disconnecting the call.... Sorry?, maybe you should invest in a receptionist if a phone call under 2 minutes about something that will be on my body forever isn’t important enough for you to attend to with professionalism...."
