"Born out of necessity perhaps? From what I can tell a Osaka Marketplace is some sort of chain that partners up with restaurants or venues that have a rather large indoor square footage... Due to the pandemic and the closure of indoor dining, a lot of these large venues seem to be struggling for income and don't know what to do with the unused space. Along comes or Osaka Marketplace... Basically a neighborhood Japanese convenience store with fresh food and sushi. Brilliant! This one is a rather large one."

"The Kiku Sushi Bar inside the marketplace is serving up AFFORDABLE and QUALITY sushi! This place is located inside of Osaka Marketplace where you can also find other yummy snacks. They have a touch screen kiosk where you place your order and pay. They call out your order when it is ready and if you choose to dine in, there's complimentary hot tea as well. If you're in a hurry, you can grab one of the premade boxes. I've tried the Kiku Sashimi Deluxe ($39.99), Kiku Sashimi Plate ($19.99), and the Kiku Chirashi (24.99)- all were super yummy and the fish was very fresh! I especially like their scallops and the tuna. All of these orders come with miso soup and rice, the Sashimi orders came with a small bowl of rice on the side and the Chirashi had rice on the bottom of the platter. Come Again? Most definitely! I've already been back and this is definitely my go to place for a nice sashimi platter without pulling out big bucks or going to a fancy spot."
