"On line it says Dry Clean Super Center does alterations. When I went there I found out they don't. As I was trying .... trying! ... to tell the lady at the front that perhaps they need to update the information on line, I could never get a complete sentence out as she kept interrupting me. She said they do button replacement only. Telling me this one time rather than ten times then allowing me to speak would have been the correct thing to do. I left frustrated and will not return."
