"Recently I had a Choates technician take look at my damaged shower drain. He was friendly and professional, and came out the same evening that i noticed the issue. However, it turned out to be a larger than average repair, requiring the expertise of a comfort advisor. Before the comfort advisor was scheduled to assess the issue, I decided to take a different approach and cancelled the appointment. Because of this, I was unhappy about having to pay the diagnostic fee that accompanies the standard service charge. A few days after voicing my displeasure, their operations manager, Jason, personally reached out to me and offered to refund the money. I am amazed by Choates customer service. The best I’ve ever dealt with."

"Professional, speedy service. Shared all relevant information, and even showed me the video and photos from the camera in the plumbing to explain why recommendations were suggested. David Woods was my technician, and I was very comfortable and confident in his ability to resolve my issues. They sent out an additional technician, Bob Geisenhof, to discuss other issues the first technician found by fluke. He arrived the same day! Only a few hours later. He was also professional, considerate, and capable. Unfortunately, there is a big issue that needs to be repaired before things worsen significantly, but it makes sense given that these are the original cast iron pipes from over 70 years ago. He managed to save me money in the process by setting me up with a different replacement that will serve me better in the long term anyways. I am very pleased with my experiences with Choate’s so far."

"Very professional Kevin and Desi we're right on time arriving at my house. Both explained very well what they were doing and took extra time to make us understand all of our options. Kevin went out of his way to give us as many options as he possibly could. I would go out of my way to use them again and as a matter of fact we are going to be using them in the very near future. Michael Johnson came out to install our new heat system. They were very accommodating. Answering all of our questions. They worked quickly finishing in just a few hours. We definitely highly recommend this company."
