"The customer service/tech person went above and beyond to assist me in the purchase of a printer. He also recommended accessories that I truly needed. He went on to let me know that my purchases qualified for a nice discount. He even carried my part of my items to my car and placed it in the trunk of my car. In the process of it all, I left my laptop at the store. I didn't realize it until I got home. I call the store and he answered. He let me know that he had my laptop. I went back to the store, and he was there waiting for me with my laptop in hand. I am truly pleased and satisfied with their services."

"Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Not only was I met with rude and disrespectful behavior in-store, but the customer service line was no better. I was charged twice for a single transaction, and despite multiple attempts to correct the error, no one seemed to care or take the time to rectify the situation. To make matters worse, one manager even laughed at my concern, which only added insult to injury. It is unacceptable for a company to treat its customers in such a manner, and I am left feeling frustrated and disrespected by this experience."

I needed programs for the next day and had waited until the last minute to have them printed. I had such a frustrating day with so much to get done, and it was already evening. Leigh was THE kindest and most helpful during this time. She even suggested the machine folding the programs and reformatted an area that was not centered! That mere suggestion and act brought me to tears! Leigh was definitely a light! I even told her to never doubt the impact that she is making on others in her role in Copy and Print. Because at the moment, she not only provided an invaluable service, her kindness gave me the calm and hope I needed. Maybe I needed to have a hard day just to have this memorable encounter with Leigh. I and all the children our organization serves along with their families will forever be grateful.
