"Such an absolute terrible experience. I have ordered from Grub Market before and had some issues with incomplete orders however they always made right. It’s been a couple years since my last order so I decided to try it again and my order was partially (only about 1/3 of what I ordered) delivered 6 days after it was supposed to be delivered. I had been communicating with customer support to gain details on when my order would arrive. To be clear, this was not an issue with the carrier. Grub Market did not create the shipping label until 3 days after my order was supposed to arrive. I believe they boxed my order up in time, but forgot about it and continued to ship the already packaged produce which resulted in my produce sitting in a box for over 6 days. Once it finally came every single item in my box was completely rotten. I noticed as the delivery driver came up the porch the box was leaking! I am so disappointed in how much money I spent on this order to have so many items missing, late and rotten."

"I have read several negative comments about this company I think they are just trying to get free stuff and refund I used to work for GrubMarket and this company is amazing This company will never give you anything bad! Every single order they packs goes through the quality check first before they hand it to the drivers If you ever received anything that has Whole Foods label on it that’s means they ran out of that thing and they went out to get it like organic pink lady apples or chocolate every day they pack thousands of orders and things ran out of very fast This company, give away tons of fruit and vegetables to the local food banks so every time you are buying anything from them you are providing food to some families The quality of Grubmarket fruits and veggies are same as Farmers Market and Costco produce"

"I loved the products and produce and now since 2022 and now 2023 they quality has gone way down. Produce is moldy or beaten up mushed up veggies. So now every order has issues now. Grapefruit comes out bitter and tasting past it’s due date and we’ll soft and squishy. All bad signs peppers come in dark and mushy and some with mold. Also they look like they produce has been in and out refrigeration too many times and we’ll the produce gets really beat up in the process now I have decided to just buy low cal and the day I will need the veggies since the quality they now offer isn’t worth it anymore"

"UPDATE!!! I placed my second order on April 8th for delivery today. They charged me that same day and never delivered today. I wrote to them three times and called with no response so they have my money and I have no food. Needless to say despite their produce being excellent I will never use them again. My advice go anywhere else but here! my first order last evening and was so pleasantly surprised at the fresh and crisp produce. It's tasty and delicious. The produce here is the freshest I've received from any market. Just fabulous. I ordered a small amount to try them out but will be ordering much more. A couple of the grub boxes as well as many other items such as their bread and baked goods have me interested in trying more. I've decided that they will be my go to grocery providers each month from here on out. Definitely great products, service and prices plus they are located right here in San Francisco which is a huge plus for me. I'm so glad I found them."
