He was professional in every turn, transparent with what next steps would look like such as weather, timing of getting supplies, etc. Mr. Bill made sure things were done right and checked in often, from beginning of the process to the end. His workers were very friendly, and paid attention to detail. We are very pleased and mesmerized with our end results. The pictures don’t do justice. "Bahama Pools put our pool in 2 1/2 years ago. I don't write reviews until I am sure of the experience. This is our first pool and I would definitely recommend Mr. Bill and Bahama Pools to anyone looking to have a pool installed. Bill helped us with ideas on the entire process and he is very knowledgeable about pools. He recommended a salt generator and boy am I glad. Having never dealt with taking care of a pool I am amazed at how low maintenance this pool has been. We had a few delays during installation because of the weather, but Bill stayed right on top of the project. This was a large change to our backyard and the contractors that Bill used did an excellent job. The drainage around the pool was superb and the grading worked out great. Bill helped us with everything from design, installation, training on maintenance, and resolving any questions that came up during the project. Having worked with contractors in my profession, it is nice to work with someone that cares."
