"I am very picky about nail salons and I can say I 100% recommend going to Pauliene and Amy for any of your Nail care needs. I have personally being going to the both of them for over 6 years as they are by far the best at what they do, they are humble and sweet and happy to correct anything you don’t like. OVERALL REASON TO SEE THEM I find in the service Industry now everyone expects a tip regardless of if it was earned or not! I think it has been forgotten that a tip is something given to you when you did a job well done and earned it, not something expected by everyone even those who do a poor job or worse, terrible customer service or rude behavior! And then those that make you feel like you did something poorly because you didn’t tip them as you leave. —-> Over the course of 6 years, I have had financial ups and downs and despite those girls doing a excellent job each and every time I see them they would not let me tip them when I was struggling looking for a job - that was a two year period- I don’t know personally any nail artist that is so compassionate and cares more to do a great job via getting upset if I can tip or not - then Amy and Pauliene. They are hard workers, they get to know you and don’t just talk to other co-workers, they stay late if needed, and at the end of the day they do good quality work. I will and have followed them to three different salons. Hope that helps girls !"
