"I was chemically burned here due to lack of clean procedures. There was excessive callous remover cream leftover from someone else on the footrest and my ankle and wrists have lost skin during my mani pedi last week. The burn was so painful on my ankle it was the first thing I feel in the morning and last thing I feel at night for over a week. It’s going to leave a permanent scar. Also the staff were gossiping and bitching about me when I was there. I was doing nothing but minding my own business and noticed that they were very clearly talking about me and gesturing at me. It’s a shame because the woman at the front desk was very sweet and it’s not her fault. But sadly I would not recommend this place, not after I realised I was chemically burned."

"The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the comfortable setup with small love seat couches, a nice alternative to traditional chairs, perfect for a relaxed and pampering experience. Andy handled my manicure, and Thy took care of my pedicure. Both were perfectionists, showing excellent attention to detail and a gentle touch. I arrived directly from the airport, and the host/front staff went above and beyond to accommodate me with my luggage, making me feel genuinely cared for."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. Went it with my long natural nails...and then came out with mini daggers have the woman trimmed them too much. Then when I complained, she asked if I wanted a new set. A new set of what? They were my naturally long nails. Then she said, "Oh well, they'll grow back". It took every ounce of energy not to curse her out. Then, when it came time to pay, I told the guy at the register what happened, and he did nothing but give me a sad looking face. Never going back again. Not sure how they have such good reviews. Edit: they are lying - they did not offer a discount."

"I had just gotten my nails done the day before traveling to LA. Sadly, I broke one of my nails before boarding my flight. I had a photoshoot later in the week and needed to quickly fix it. I looked for places close to airport and found Beaut Nails. They were kind and helped fix it quickly. They also were diligent in trying to find the exact color so that the broken nail could match my other nails. It looked perfect. You can’t even tell that I had broken it. Thanks to Hanna and the gentleman that helped me. I really appreciate all your efforts."

"I got gel x here. Linh did a job the first time around. The second time I came back I got Kathy and she did so bad, drilled so far on my left index finger and left the nail with so much lifting. It only took one week to pop off, which is ridiculous for the price point. The design isn’t even across nails and it looks like I could have done it myself. I wish I could get at least a partial refund or something for this. The lifting is terrible and crazy I paid almost $100"
