"I hired Jason Brownlee for a pool project and not only was the design unbuildable, but also, according to a report by a third party professional, the work was "substandard and inadequate." Everything was ripped out and I lost $38,000. This ended in arbitration where I was awarded $27,122.50 for defective performance and attorneys' fees. He only satisfied the judgment many years later because he could not get a mortgage with a judgment."
