"Ozden in the printing department was very friendly and helped me make a bunch of copies. He showed me how to use the copier and showed me how to get a great deal on the project I needed to do. His service was excellent and went beyond the help I expected to receive! If I ever need something printed I'll definitely be coming back again. Thank you so much!"

"I don’t have time to be writing this review thanks to the incompetence of this entire store. I just wasted sooo much time and money on something that looks like garbage. To top it all off…I finally found the last thing I needed and they wouldn’t sell it to me because it was supposed to be part of a bigger package…they offered to discount the bulk package because it was missing some (they had obviously sold just one to other people..) but after spending $25 to print 5 pages because the print guy failed to mention he was leaving early when I talked to him on the phone….I wasn’t feeling like wasting more money…just rrawr."

"Printing service is the worst. They can never have a job done at the moment you go, even if it is just 4 copies. I’ve been there several times for more o less the same kind of printing service and it has always been the same. Also, they are supposed to close at 9:00 but if there’s no one at 7:00, the close printing area service. Watsonville store is completely the opposite they should learn from them."

"I don't normally review, but my experience here was abysmal. Took them more than two weeks to reprint a simple order because the staff was not trained on how to use tabs and kept messing up the order. By contrast, a San Diego branch got a similar order finished perfectly in just one day. This branch, however, gave incorrect estimated deadlines for finishing the order, which they kept pushing back further and further without letting me know. What was supposed to take 4 days to reprint ended up taking 2 weeks, only for them to be unable to complete it at all in the end so they gave me a refund... Complete waste of my time. They are understaffed, and the staff they do have are untrained for certain copy&print orders. The manager Peter was rude and cut me off in the middle of my explanation of the problems with my initial order when I went in to the store. I understand, though, because all the employees seem like they are stressed (probably due to frustrated customers like myself) and couldn't care less about their jobs or producing quality work. How is your store revenue doing, guys? How's employee morale been lately? From phone wait times, to customer service, to inaccurate deadlines, to untrained and stressed staff, and a generally indifferent attitude from employees, every aspect of my experience here was bad. This is a business stuck in a downward spiral, and I will go out of my way to avoid doing business here in the future."

During this time where small business are needing to pivot, Nancy really helped us by printing these waterproof curbside signs perfectly and with a quick turnaround time.
