"Worst service I have every experience, I arrive at 10:45 am and one other customer was being help in the lumber area. I would give a zero if available. Another employee was getting his lunch and called for help, and no one showed. Finally the employee that was getting his lunch at 10:45, decided he could help me with one item. I ask where the other items I needed and he pointed over there. Sorry that us not helpful, meanwhile another customer was help and I still have not received any more assistance. Therefore I removed the wood in truck and drove over to Home Depot and San Lorenzo lumber and spent my $1250 for lumber. This has happen to me before at the Soquel Avenue store and at this time I will never set foot in Big Creek Lumber ever again, local or no store. Give your employees some proper customer training!"

"Its local, like to support it. I'm sure their lumber is great, but dropped in for some hardware and plumbing items and selection small. Not being local, it would have been nice if clerk had suggested Plumbing supply across the street for items they didn't carry, but maybe she assumed everyone would know about that"
