"The owner is amazing, the location is great, the hair products are wonderful but the manager, Ryan, has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in the service industry. The way he speaks and mistreats clients. He thinks he is above humanity. Talent, He never wrote down a formula so it was roulette every time with a different tone of blonde until he ruined it and wouldn't fix it then proceeded to cancel a years worth of pre-booked visits. If you go to this salon, avoid him. You are in great hands with the owner!"
