"Shop has a sign saying $9.99 for a basic haircut. When I called to make an appointment..they vehemently denied it. Trying to say there was another location and that I didn't know what I saw."

"It’s so easy to check in online. Always great service and haircuts, which isn’t easy with 3 ‘lively’ kids. Erika always makes great conversation with them and lets them be involved in their hairstyle, so that they leave happy."

"Very poor location. The first time I came here, the two female employees were talking to each other the entire time & the stylist kept taking breaks from cutting my hair to attend to other things. Most recently I went here for a bang trim & the man who did it was just awful. I showed him example photos, saying "just straight across bangs" like I always have gotten & he did such a choppy & shabby job. I had to fix it myself immediately when I got home. Another time when I was here, my entire haircut took only 10 minutes, which is concerning because it felt like the stylist just wanted me out of there as soon as humanly possible."

"I've gone here for a while, but this last time was bad. The guy who did my cut was super nice but seemed to have no experience. I got 2 big razor burns from the machine, one actually had a bit of blood. 0 stars if I could, please hire people that know how to cut hair and have adequate tools. Probably not going back though."
