"I been coming to Moises for a haircut for over a year now. I feel like every haircut consistently gets better. He is attentive to details and communicates well to make sure I get what I want. I have very curly haircut so I find it very hard to find a barber that could deal with it. He washes my hair which is not common for babrbers to do which makes it easier to see how my haircut will look when I style it. Over all I have had good experience coming to the Picasso salon. After trying many barbershops in davis, it is relive to finally have found a welcoming haircut place."

"I went for a normal haircut with a few expectations cuz of so many good reviews. I realized soon that this wasn’t meant for men. I went Moises and told him what I wanted. I told him to blend my sides into the top and that I liked having a lot of hair on the top. HE DID THE RIGHT OPPOSITE. He cut off so much of my top hair and then blended the side into it. At that point, I was almost bald now!!!! Also IDK what’s with washing the hair before the cut but it makes it very hard to tell the thickness of the hair u cut…..unless ur very experienced in getting good reviews from the men u cut from by doing that. Overall, they messed my hair up and now I have to wait for it to grow to style it…..NEVER GOING BACK! The 1 star I gave was cuz he took my appt even tho I was 5 min late. I appreciated that!"

"Hi, my name is Ella. I got my hair dyed pink with Sydney. Everyone was very professional, even the little girl at the front desk had surprisingly great customer service. I highly recommend Sydney - she is so underrated, I'm shocked I didn't see more positive reviews on her. My hair is a beautiful shade of pink now and I am very satisfied. there is also a cute little dog, I think it's name was Diego. Anyways, 10/10 recommend. "

"This place is awesome. It was recommended to me by another hair dresser who had recently retired. I got a Brazilian blowout by Elizabeth. The moment you enter the atmosphere it's electric. There is music playing and even some spurts of dancing and singing. There was a little shop dog named Diego. However, I didn't get photos of him since he was only a pup and I didn't want to spook him, but he was adorable. Although the shop was busy, the workers stayed attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place and am even excited about my next appointment."
