"My cousin asked to take off 2 acrylic nails. The owner clearly did not know how to remove acrylic and tried jamming a fake nail under the acrylic to remove it. It was really uncomfortable to watch. The cuticle clippers did not look clean as the tech had just cleaned it with some alcohol right before working on me. I felt sorry for the nail tech. Cheap price but not worth the experience."

"I dropped my mother off there and they made her waited 3 hours so they can finish all other customers. They charged her more than what their fees as well. What a terrible way to treat your elder customers."

"Customer service is not priority. I got my hair dyed here. The lady that did my hair is the owner, which is why I"m so disappointed. She started working on my hair, and then when another ustomer comes in, she stops everything to finish the other customer, just because she knew it was a quick trim. And then another customer comes in.And then another. And then another. Guess what? They all were in and out before I was even done, and I was the first one that came in!!!! I spent a total of 6 hours there on a Sunday, because this money-hungry lady wants to get as many customers in as possible. She knew I couldn't leave with my hair 1/4 done, so she kept taking in more and more customers until it was finally 9PM and I could go home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!! All the 1 star reviews are correct. This place is so unsanitary too. They don't even clean their brushes, combs, tools. NASTY!!!! You should only go here if you want to get a fungal infection."

"Another review for over charging customers. My wife got a manicure/pedicure eyelash , I got my ears cleaned, hair washed and a "haircut and a manicure / pedicure. The bill was 115 dollars... My wife told me after we ate lunch. I told her that was way too much. We went back to get a breakdown of the bill. The owner looked very nervous when we walked back in. As she "added" up the bill it was at that time I knew she had ripped my wife off. Fake eyelashes- 7. , putting them on 5 , glue 10. My "haircut" 10 and 15 to wash my hair. 2 mani/pedi 50. Ear cleaning 20. I don't have an issue with paying for service, but when they start adding on and do not tell you. That is dishonest. The mani/ pedi , earcleanig was decent. My 25 haircut, wasn't. The nail tech was very nice,it is the owner that ruins this place. So do yourself a favor, avoid this business unless you want to get ripped off by the owner."

THEN WHEN SHE SAID 40 I SAID OK ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO A CONVENTION AND WAS PRESSED FOR TIME THIS IS WHAT I GET SHE DID NOT DO THE ACRYLICS CORRECTLY. THIS WOMAN ACTUALLY LOOKED AT ME AND SAID "OH YOU NEVER DO GEL THAT'S WHY" NOOOO ITS BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO NAIL ....... THAT'S WHY!!!!! STRAIGHT BUTCHERED 2 DAYS AFTER!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!! NO WONDER THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $60 THEY KNEW I WAS NOT COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
