"They were out of stock May 4th, for the birthday promotion good through the end of the month. The associate informed me they could not give me one of the travel size on the store floor and it had to be a special delivered unit behind the registers. No informing me of when they may get more, just a sorry you're out of luck. They are both travel size, same product. Doesn't make sense. I've been unpleased with this location every time I visit since they opened. As an esthetician that spends a lot and recommends customers I'm extremely disappointed here, continually. Yes again more issues - 3/1/24 update. I purchased a gift online. Their system is down so they won’t honor the price or give me the gift. Such a mess- DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you have incredible patience"

"The customer service at this Ulta is horrible if no stars was an option I would choose that. I tried asking for help and it was a girl with blonde hair, pink tips, and I believe tattoos that I asked to assist. She made it seem like I asked a grand favor and was giving snarky remarks. I understand being frustrated at work but it doesn’t mean you should take it out on your customers that had nothing to do with it. Also, I overheard another customer asking another worker for help and was giving her attitude as well."

"Stopped by since I was looking for a cologne and perfume for the wife. I think the guys name was Nate, he assisted me on everything I needed and told me about a new skin care routine. This man has changed my skin care routine. I appreciate! I don’t remember the makeup artist but she was really helpful and sweet to my wife. She did her makeup and told her about new products to use. Those two made our day and hope they get all praise they deserve. Thank you again! Would definitely be back when I’m in town."
