"I walked in and I was welcomed but when I got in line no one helped me. I stood there for a while and when a worker finally came to the register she helped another customer. She didn’t even acknowledge me and watched me stand there. Without being rude I placed my items back on the shelf and just left."

"The company or owner should make sure they hire friendly employees that offer help to every customer. I asked for help on 3 separate occasions and was never helped. For example, I once told the employee I was wanting to bleach my daughters dark brown hair, what is the difference between these two bleach products? She respond by saying ... (you have to read what each one says) then went back to stocking the shelf. That led me to never returning again."

"The clerk was not helpful or friendly. The other cashier very nice and helpful They had a sign saying masks required. But both employees were not wearing masks and requiring customers too. Kind of weird. I'll order online in the future."

"Do not come to this location! I had a horrible experience here. Angela was very rude, had attitude. people like that should not be in customer service. The girls that work here do not have any knowledge with store policies or products. I returned something because they had a better sale online. cashier girl gave me store credit i told her i wanted to get better deal online. NEWSFLASH! As im checking out on the wbsite I come to find out you Can not use any gift cards or store merchandise credit online. Called them to speak to the store manager hoping to get this issue fixed well another girl answered and told me manager wasn’t available she told me i had to call customer service. Terrible! I went to the Wible location. Store manager wasn’t there either but the representative working was able to call her and i was able to get this issue fixed! They honored the same deal online so i was able to use the store credit there. Oh Angela from the gosford store lied to me said that you can’t get cash back when you return something when you pay with your debit card. Wible store confirmed that you can. Wow ! I highly recommend the Wible location! They are knowledgeable."
