"I ordered the small order of white rice and orange chicken. The rice didn't taste fresh, tasted as if it was sitting in the rice cooker all day. The orange "chicken" was majority batter with very little chicken in the middle."
"I literally stood there for few minutes with no acknowledgment like “oh hey I see you, I’ll be right there” instead they were so focused on the large order they probably received online, they paid no attention to customers. I went there for lunch and they had very few food selections compared to other Panda Express I visited. I ordered a bowl and food portion was LITTLE. So They act as if they are running out of food. Customer service can improve."
"Giving a 2 since they didn't have most of the menu available. I visit a few days after the opening, 50 minutes before closing time. Couldn't get 2 out of 3 dishes I wanted since they weren't cooking anymore. Pretty disappointed. I had to pick the few dished they had left on display."
