"Horrible portion sizes are served at this location and to top it off the staff gives you attitude when you ask for the correct portion servings. Taco man that sits right out side the dollar store has better service and amazing serving sizes."

"This location has hard, undercooked rice, and the workers have nasty attitudes like they’re doing the customer a favor. I frequent many chipotle locations, and the workers here were proud of their lack of personalities, lack of smiles, and sarcasm. They give chipotle a bad look. Cerritos is the best"

"FILTHY! FILTHY! FILTHY!!! This is a place of business that serves food! There were about 6-7 employees behind the counter & everyone seemed 2 be blind 2 the fact that the restaurant was dirty! I'm a traveling sales representative, therefore; I've been 2 many Chipotles. This location is one of the worst that I've seen. Also, customer service was just as horrible! Had I read the reviews prior, I definitely would've skipped this place! I'll never go back.. If the front of the restaurant looks this bad, can you imagine how they're handling the food!? Don't take any chances, go elsewhere! (I didn't order any food) we left as soon as we saw the mess. These photos don't do any justice."

"I ordered a rice and bean burrito only and I had prefaced that while she was making it, so I assumed it would be made a lil beefier, but I got the tiniest burrito and they still charged me 8.75, and then I felt kinda cheated so I had my boyfriend go up and ask if it should be that small and they lady up front said “that’s normal sized” lol waste of money and time"
