"My wife took our dog (a Yorkie) in for a grooming & the results were atrocious...& that’s putting it mildly. When she sent me pictures of how Ivana looked after the “grooming” & where it was done, I wondered why she didn’t just turn around & leave before leaving her there. Ivana looked as if she had been groomed by a novice instead of someone claiming 30 something years experience. She was not bathed, or IF she was, she definitely wasn’t brushed as loose hair was all over her coat & the muzzle area was & is stringy...almost matted. Her coat is choppy looking at best & about as non-uniform as possible. This woman needs to retire. We will be checking to see if she is actually licensed to be a groomer & definitely be reporting to the BBB. If I could attach a photo I would but I’m hoping prospective clients will see this before she takes it down, as I’m sure she doesn’t want negative feedback to be seen. Lesson learned & wont be repeated."
