They ran out of the SuperPaint white gloss 1-gal paint can that was on sale, and she gave me a better deal by giving a higher brand for the sale price of the lower brand. Novice assumption....when you embark on the journey of repainting a room, or refurbishing furniture or like my case revamping concrete, paint is no longer JUST paint, its a brand new start. We went to Sherwin-Williams not sure of the color and type of paint suitable for concrete. I spent many of hours on the YouTube fawning over acid stains and epoxy seals but realistically that was entirely too much work and effort. Instead my husband and I just wanted to give out outdoor covered patio a new life without breaking our budget and time. Came here and Gerald was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He helped is find the best color and paint that fit our budget. The process took some time but after it was all complete I was super happy with the results. If you are looking for some 1:1 help this is a great place with knowledgeable staff and great service! Plus the bathroom smells like bubblegum"

"I visited this store about a week ago hoping to get advice on how best to choose the right paint for my home paint job. There were 2 men working. I approached the counter and was immediately advised "We'll be with you in a minute." That minute turned into eternity. I was absolutely ignored as if I didn't exist. I spent 20 or more minutes looking at paints, reading the info boards and deciding about painter's tape and floor protectors. NO ONE asked to assist me. I finally reached my threshold of insult and walked out. I'll buy my paint somewhere else."
