"Sleazy business practices. I ordered Ribbonwood brand slat tile. I received Colorker slat tile. I double checked with another tile store and they confirmed two different companies. Even the color of the tile have different names. When I confronted the sales person, Rori, about the issue, she told me no refunds and all sales final. Very shady business practices. She even insisted it was the same company. Avoid this place at all costs."

"We had such a positive experience purchasing tile for our bathroom here. Rori was a pleasure to deal with. She was helpful when it came to purchasing our tile and she was very communicative and responsive when it came to the delivery. We went elsewhere first, including the big box stores and were unable to find what we needed. Next time we will go here and support a small local business instead."

"Been looking for tile at multiple tile stores. I found their selection was very good and previous phone calls were very helpful, but the lady who helped us was a different story. We were asking if they had a certain size and showed a pic of what we were looking for. She asked for sqft and scoffed...she was rude, condescending, and argued with the gentleman sitting next to her who was trying to help - in no short order letting me and my wife know she did not want our business. No problem...keep your tile and Karen elitist attitude. We'll gladly give our business to somebody else"

Best showroom for tile I’ve seen yet!Everything from the clean minimalistic modern to the hand painted Mexican and Southern European styles. Gorgeous amazing options folks. And Carla, the woman who helped me order my tiles is a total sweet heart and extremely knowledgeable. (And worked with my budget) This is the only place I will shop for tiles from here forward."
