"The selection to choose from for my countertops was great. I got my countertops and cabinets here and thought they did a great job. Both my countertops and my cabinets are beautiful and I love love love my countertops. The colors are awesome. My issue is the communication. . When my pantry went from regular to customized for more space I was never told that the shelves would no longer be adjustable which was the most important thing to me. If I’d known that I would’ve chosen to keep it the same size as I don’t really need the space but that was never explained to me. Now my tall items will not fit in my pantry so a lot of that space is just wasted now and I’m super disappointed in this. Update. They put the pantry back to the original size so now my shelves are adjustable, which is what I wanted. We had an issue with the sink installation and that was resolved. So all in all I’m happy with everything, but I do think communication could definitely be improved."
