"Came in the first time to get some flooring, one employee seemed absolutely disrespectful from the scratch, I asked about pricing and materials. He just ignored me. Second time I asked him he was very rude and didn't give me any information. I left. Came back the very next day, another employee seemed cool in the beginning. He asked for the phone number of the company, I gave it to him loud and clear, but after repeating it for the 6th time it seemed he was either toxicated or high. I had to repeat phone number for 7th time. After he collected all the information, which took him 20 minutes instead of 2 minutes, he told me the flooring I needed is out of stock. Never visit this place. Unprofessional, disrespectful, wasting time."

"STAY AWAY from Discount Hardwood. BAD SERVICE AND BAD BEL AIR Brand hardwood floor they are selling. BEL AIR floor boards are chipped and easily scratched. It's not worth the savings over other brand. I had to return few excesses molding that I got from Discount Hardwood but they refuse to take it. It's only the name Discount Hardwood but in fact you are paying for low quality Chinese Hardwood. STAY AWAY from Discount Hardwood I found out the hard way after spending $17k on product plus installation cost."

"The owner of this place acts like he doesn’t need customers to keep his business going. I purchased 45 boxes of vinyl plank flooring. Didn’t need 10 of them so I went back and returned them. Not a single mention of a 25% restocking fee either when I bought the floor or when I returned it. They said a refund to my card would take 24-72 hours. This was on November 9th. Today is November 16th. Only when I called a WEEK later to check on my refund Payam told me about the 25% restocking fee. After giving him a piece of my mind, he agreed to refund the 25% as well. Guess what? Still no refund. Take your business elsewhere! You have been warned! There are plenty of other flooring places that will treat you right and not lie to your f**king face"
