"In store customer services was phenomenal. Unfortunately there was no uniform in stock for my grandbaby's school and size. Ordering online is not an option as it took several months to get my last order."
"Most items are on backorder and received months after ordered. Customer service is only offered via email. You are not given the opportunity to speak to a warm body when you call the help line. A package was missing with no help after contacted. You are not emailed shipping status as stated upon order which makes packages susceptible to becoming lost."
"Absolutely awful. If I could give it a zero I would. So they had a 15% off sale to “stock up” and just about every item me and 90% of the parents at the school are STILL in need of due to back up orders from last Spring are sold out. Sold out! I can’t even purchase anything. This is a complete joke of a company. Get it together. The pandemic is long over l, stop blaming it for your mismanagement. Buy the fabric, make the items, stock your inventory. Run a business. I obviously am forced to do business with Dennis bc my child’s school requires it. I would be long gone if I had a choice."
"We ordered our chapel shirt in July 2023 and have still not received the correct size or correct shirt. It is now the middle of October 2023. This is after 3 returns and reorders due to receiving incorrect items and including phone calls to the provided 1-800 phone number. If I could leave the stars completely blank this would be a more accurate rating."
"Just now getting clothes delivered in October that I ordered in early June. When I called i was told I needed to wash clothes more frequently until my order could be fulfilled."
