"Excellent company. They installed carpet in two bedrooms and a staircase. They were efficient and professional and the actual installer was very skilled. There was a slight problem one day with the wrong carpet being loaded on the truck but they bent over backwards to correct it. They were contracted through Home Depot for the job. They exceeded my expectations."
"Ordered carpet from Home Depot one month before the installation date. After paying for the carpet, waiting for weeks, clearing the installation area and clearing our schedules, we got a call 15 minutes before the installation saying "Sorry, we can't install in your area". Extremely disruptive and inconsiderate. I would not recommend doing business with this company."
"The service was excellent in scheduling to meet our needs. They moved up the installation as requested when an opening became available. Jesus arrived on time for the installation, quickly removed the old carpet and installed the new. Excellent service!"
"Do not buy flooring or installs from JW Flooring Buyer beware! Not only did Home Depot and their JW Flooring subcontractor botched the floor install... the underlying hardwood subfloor cracked because they didn’t even do a moisture reading and install the right moisture barrier to address any issue. Google this view and you’ll find this is a typical problem especially in Daly City where moisture is a key concern. There are many articles written on this topic and other expert laminate floor experts and products to solve for this issue. Staff at Home Depot are not pros and JW floor contractors just do the work without taking a moisture reading or using right solution. Worse district manager Angela Roche just don’t even do the proper investigation and just blame customer when this happens. Go elsewhere where they will do the right thing."
