"Bad service, I go to this store often and the staff never answers, I need cables and I have to wait up to 30 minutes, the staff are never in their areas or they are on break, they don't know the conventions of padlocks either, there are times when I have to go to another home depot because they can't find anyone to open the locks to take cables, tools or accessories, no one is responsible"
