The representative from the company had several great ideas and between us we came up with a design that we liked. We were given a price (which we felt was very reasonable) and a time frame for delivery (which was met) and the finished product far exceeded our expectations. Every guest to our home comments on how nice the gate is and several of our neighbors wanted the company's information so that they could use them as well. We were told if we ever had an issue with the gate to give them a call (including repainting the black paint which they said they would kindly do when they were back in the area). Well, after several years, we had an issue with one of the hinges on the gate and they were highly responsive in getting two of their installers to come out and take care of the issue. I highly recommend them."
